Fightstick Button Embedded Artwork Templates

Fightstick Button Embedded Artwork Templates

Been looking for PSD or PSPIMAGE files for embedded artwork in your Crown 202 30mm or GamerFinger HBFS v3 30mm and 24mm buttons? Here they are.

Please note, you’ll want a zip file handler like 7-Zip to work with these. Just download, then extract the templates to the directory of your choice. You may want to save a copy of a template for the particular project you’re working on. Open in the editor of your choice and put your artwork in, then print. These should be set to 300dpi, suitable for high quality printing, on letter-sized paper.

I’ve had good luck in printing these to transparencies, cutting them out with a craft knife, and putting them in the embed caps.

Installation Instructions for Crown 202

  1. Remove the plunger by using a small flathead screwdriver to ply it out from the base; be careful not to snap the tabs.
  2. Pull out the center piece in the underside of the plunger. Be mindful of how to reinsert.
  3. Remove any existing art or filler, if present.
  4. Replace with your custom art. Be sure to align this correctly.
  5. Replace the center piece into the plunger.
  6. Re-install the plunger into the base.
  7. Install your button.

Install Instructions for GamerFinger HBFS v3

Note, this is only for the embedded art caps; the standard colored caps will not work.

  1. Remove the plunger from the body (small flathead screwdriver works here).
  2. Check for the tabs holding the clear part of the embedded artwork cap on (there should be two pieces held together) and carefully ply them apart. Be mindful of how this was fitted.
  3. Remove any existing art or filler, if present.
  4. Replace with your custom art. Be sure to align this correctly. (Note: Some like to use glue, sticky-tack, or other adhesive to secure their artwork)
  5. Snap the clear cover onto the embed cap base.
  6. Re-install the plunger into the base.
  7. Install your button.
