This includes: * For those working on it, bringing your Competent Leader manual to get credit for your role * Choosing an exciting, educational, and entertaining theme * Collecting introductions for speakers * (Optional, but Recommended) Collecting introductions for the table topics master, general evaluator, and evaluators (request that these fit the theme) * Confirming attendance * Completing the agenda * Printing the agenda * Sending meeting reminders to encourage attendance and participation SPEAKERS: Make sure you provide an introduction to your presentation. You may mail it directly to the Toastmaster or enter it into Easy Speak. Include the following: * Content: What are you going to speak about? * Context: Why is it relevant to us? (if this is meant to be presented to a specialized audience, let us know that too) * Credibility: Why are you the person to be talking about this? * Your manual project, time limits, and any room setup requirements * Pathways Users: Make sure to print out your evaluation form for your evaluator from Base Camp!
