During normal
operations, physical merchandise will ship out within 2-3 business days from
the date of purchase. This may be affected by holidays, vacations, etc. If
there's a delay on your order you'll be notified as soon as possible. With some
shipping companies (FedEx especially), you can get live updates on the progress
of your package.
If you are in the
(north) Austin, TX area and want to pickup an item, you can select local
pickup. If you do not arrange to pickup the item within two days, the order
will be cancelled.
For digital product
keys/codes, delivery is instant upon payment - you will receive a file with the
key and instructions on how to redeem it.
